Experienced Contract Administrator job on the Sunshine Coast $130k to $150k package

Your new role
Due to growth, a contract administrator is required to join their remediations team on the Sunshine Coast, to support their lead Project Manager for this region. You will assist with a wide variety of duties from material and subcontractor procurement, to cost forecasting, budget management, variations, progress claims using ProcurePro & Jonas Premier. The projects will vary greatly, from remediation projects for body corp unit developments to hospitals, to resorts, to govt & education building infrastructure to aircraft hangars.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be locally based and have experience as a Contract Administrator in Commercial Construction and/or with remediation work. Whether you have a trade background, are currently studying or completed a diploma, or have a bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar, all will be well regarded. In addition, strong communication skills are essential; being able to conduct daily contact with subbies and suppliers, confidently.
