Save Finance Business Partner
Initial 12-month contract for a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting business in the NFP sector.
Your new company
Working close to the Perth CBD, our impressive client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their organisation for an initial 12-month contract. This role has a strong likelihood of extension/permanency and will see you reporting directly to the CFO. Working within the not-for-profit sector, this is a brilliant role where you can give back to the community and enjoy really rewarding work.
Your new role
Working within a team environment, this role plays a critical position in driving financial performance, providing valuable insights to stakeholders and enhancing data integrity for the business. This is a true finance business partnering role, where you will be bridging the gap between finance and operations - working together for the combined organisation goal. You will ensure compliance with financial standards and be involved in supporting strategic decision-making with executives and colleagues. You will also work as a part of the team in maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with funders.
What you'll need to succeed

Experience working in a similar role (Management Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Finance Business Partnering) CPA/CA qualification (or close to completion) Great communication and interpersonal skills - with confidence in liaising with stakeholders Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Friendly, collaborative and positive personality Strong work ethic, with good time management and organisational skills Experience working within the NFP sector is highly regarded
What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work and prior experience, you will be rewarded with an attractive salary package (circa $110,000 - $130,000 + superannuation + salary packaging) depending on skillset and experience. You will be reporting directly to a highly impressive, friendly and personable CFO and within a collaborative team environment. Free parking is available as well as hybrid working arrangements and flexible start/finish times. Although initially a 12-month contract, there is a very strong likelihood of extension/permanency.
