Your new role Lead the creation of the Centre's Marketing Strategy Develop an innovative and strategic marketing plan Ensure the marketing plan supports the Centre's overarching strategy Customise the marketing plan for the local community Generate consumer and retailer engagement Contribute to sales and traffic growth for the Centre Develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Share knowledge and experiences with colleagues Provide leadership within the Centre Management team What you'll need to succeed Understanding of retail dynamics and customer behaviour Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the retail sector Familiarity with executing campaigns, managing budgets, and analysing market trends Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders Experience in contributing to broader management goals.
