Your new role Develop and implement communication strategies that engage stakeholders, enhance awareness, and support change initiatives across multiple channels (including town halls, social media, emails, intranet articles, and video messages). Create and manage compelling campaign content, ensuring consistency and impact across all mediums, from print to digital. Work closely with staff to refine messaging and ensure it resonates with audiences. Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future communication efforts. Produce clear, engaging content for diverse formats, contributing to the editorial calendar and maintaining a strong brand narrative. Advocate for the mission and values, using storytelling to build trust and awareness amongst internal and external stakeholders. Lead the launch of a new digital training academy with a dynamic marketing communications campaign. What you'll need to succeed You are an experienced communications professional with a passion for storytelling and a meticulous eye for detail. With at least 3 years of experience in communication planning and execution, preferably in large, complex organizations, you excel at writing for various media, from social channels to executive emails. You understand how to effectively manage and execute communication strategies across diverse platforms.
You are a collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting messages that resonate with your audience. A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is essential.
