As a Property Lawyer with 4-7 years of post-admission experience, you will be handling a diverse range of property transactions, including commercial conveyancing, leasing, and significant property asset transactions.
You will work closely with esteemed property partners and play a key role in delivering strategic advice to their clients.Your new role

Manage complex property transactions with a high degree of autonomy.Provide expert legal advice on a variety of property-related matters.Draft and negotiate contracts for property sales, acquisitions, and leases.Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other legal professionals.Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the firm's knowledge sharing.What you'll need to succeed

A minimum of 4 years' PAE in property law, with a mix of residential and commercial experience.Strong understanding of the Queensland property market and legislation.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Current practicing certificate in Queensland.What you'll get in return
