ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mildura based Property and Assets Assessor to inspect and provide condition assessments on all Haven; Home, Safe (HHS) owned and managed property assets, on a three-year cycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and providing condition assessments to accurately determine medium to long term maintenance requirements, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of our clients.
Our properties are located across Victoria; therefore, there will be significant travel required to perform this role.
