Job Description Summary: We are hiring at One Green Bean and are looking for a super charged well-rounded Account Manager to join our ever-growing team.

Job Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of social media campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Social Media: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their algorithms. Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive social media strategies with an emphasis on social media strategy and leads colleagues in following industry trends. Work closely with content creators to ensure the production of creative content. Develop and implement social paid media including optimisations and reporting. Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. Lead the ideation and execution of social media content, identifying trends and collaborating with clients and working through feedback. Stay ahead of emerging trends, features, and best practices on social media, proactively incorporating them into creative campaigns. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or account management. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion for staying updated on social media trends and innovations. Experience preferred but not required using editing software such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop etc. Experience in Meta and TikTok Ads and Business Manager platforms. Contract Type: Permanent
