THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Account Director/ Senior Account Director to lead our efforts with an ambitious automotive brand launching into the Australian market, alongside one of Australia's leading property companies.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing high-profile accounts, exceptional client relationship skills, and ideally, a deep understanding of both the automotive and property sectors.
The ideal candidate will excel in driving brand growth, building strong client relationships, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. If you are passionate about shaping brand narratives and have a knack for delivering impactful results, we want to hear from you!

Day-to-day, your role will involve the following core responsibilities:
Account Management:
Understand the clients' business and the key broader factors and trends shaping their markets and categories.
Responsible for setting the strategic direction in conjunction with key team members (planning, media, creative, etc.) for their brands.
Build effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Creative and Strategy:
Set the creative context for their brands and understand what the client thinks they want, especially if these differ.
In conjunction with the planner, be able to evaluate the briefs and creative work.
Understand thoroughly how best to present the agency's work in a client forum to its best effect.
Management:
Ultimately responsible for the smooth running of client accounts – operationally, creatively, and financially – and answerable on these points to the client and senior leaders internally.
Create the best possible environment to produce the best possible solutions. Ensure teams have the right time and resources to deliver within the client's time frame.
Expertly facilitate across disciplines and dispersed teams.
