Reporting directly to the Haulage Manager, you will oversee haulage operations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials and liaising closely with customers to meet their product and delivery needs.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee daily haulage operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery.Customer Liaison: Communicate directly with customers to understand and meet their product and delivery requirements.Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor drivers and support staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.Safety & Compliance: Ensure all haulage activities comply with safety regulations, NHVR requirements, and company policies.Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the Haulage Manager on haulage activities and key performance indicators.What You'll Bring:Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the haulage or logistics industry.Qualifications: S11, Coal Board Medical, and S123 (highly desired).Licenses: Valid MC Driver's Licence.Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of NHVR (National Heavy Vehicle Regulator) requirements.Skills: Strong leadership, customer communication, and organizational abilities.Safety Focus: A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Compliance: Ability to pass a mandatory Drug & Alcohol Screen.Ready to Apply?If you're a motivated individual with a focus on safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance, we'd love to hear from you!For More Information: Contact Josh Dessent (Haulage Manager) at 0447 418 110.
