This role suits individuals with high level organisational skills, very strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail and substantial experience in fleet management. This role will be liaising and collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations, while complying with safety and regulatory standards.Primary Responsibilities:Managing Resources: Allocating the fleet as per the requirements and making sure all vehicles are in good working order.Scheduling Operations: Assigning tasks to drivers and operators, scheduling their routes, and ensuring the tasks are performed within the set time frame. Responding swiftly to changes in schedule, maintaining optimal fleet performance.Monitoring Performance: Continuously monitoring the execution of tasks, and the performance of drivers and equipment. Troubleshooting and resolving challenges in haulage schedules and operations.Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of all operations for analysis and future planning.Preferred Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as a Haulage Scheduler/Controller or in Fleet Management or in a similar role; control room, mine operations scheduler, shipping scheduler or logistics scheduler.Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.Proficient in logistics and scheduling software.Solid understanding of mining operations and transport logistics.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.About CSI Mining ServicesCSI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources (MinRes), is one of Australia's largest mining services contractors.
