About the Role Join a scaling edu-tech as we enter a growth phase. We're looking for someone familiar with school environments, who can also manage their way around systems and technology-driven tasks day to day. Experience with Hubspot, and any exposure to teaching or working with schools or directly with students is highly desirable!
What You'll Be Responsible For The Student Success Manager builds relationships, drives retention, and supports onboarding and training for schools. They collaborate on marketing and ensure best practices to maximise product usage and reduce churn.
