As our Administrative Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business pre and post customer interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure the Point of Sale system is consistently accurate and up to date, supporting the sales team with data verification and maintenance.
Work with management to update the product database, including pricing, descriptions, and specifications.
Assist Sales team in their roles post client engagement.
Oversee the sales team's Invoices and purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
Coordinate logistics and book deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Communicate with customers post-purchase to provide updates on orders, resolve issues, and manage paperwork for deliveries, warranties, and returns.
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and warehouses to manage stock receive, customer pick ups and delivery schedules.
Business Administration
Administer the Point of Sale system, including digital stock control and overseeing sales team data entry, while managing your own data inputs.
Maintain organised records of transactions, correspondence, and other business documents.
Handle day-to-day office operations, including supply management and system upkeep.
Oversee communication channels, ensuring timely responses to customer and team enquiries.
Assist with staff schedules, training sessions, and internal meetings.
Prepare invoices and manage accounts payable.
Manage and file all invoices post pay cycle.
