About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Diesel Fitter looking for a career change as the next Technical Trainer to join our award-winning team. This is a Permanent role that will facilitate and deliver training across our branches in NT and QLD.
As a Technical Trainer you will:
Develop and maintain training materials Facilitate a safe, positive and open learning experience for all learners protecting the Hastings Deering brand and reputation. Organize and execute logistical plans for printing, freight, facilities, travel details/bookings, inductions to ensure quality outcomes Research, develop/manufacture and maintain training aids, visual aids and other appropriate items to support and enhance the learning experience.
