Join an established and growing Property Management Team!
Our client, a respected agency in Brisbane's southern suburbs, is known for its commitment to excellence.
They are now seeking a Head of Department to lead and grow their property management team—an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a passion for property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small team of 7 staff.
Develop and implement property management strategies Monitor KPIs and performance to meet targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Holding meetings and 1:1s with the team Collaborate with other Principles to achieve business goals The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualities:
Previous experience in a Team Leader, Head of Department, or Office Manager role within the property management sector is essential.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Demonstrated experience in updating, developing, implementing, and evaluating policies, procedures, and operational programs.
Conflict resolution experience, with a strong understanding of QCAT and team management practices.
Must hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration.
