Hashicorp Engineer

Launch are working with a large financial organisation to find a Hashicorp Engineer / Architect for a 6 month contract. The organisations Privileged Access Management team continues to uplift secrets management platforms with high end solutions, managing privileged accounts, unmanaged secrets, and access. This team sits within the wider security team, and you will need to have a strong security engineering background.

Contract : 6 months
Start date : ASAP In your role as Senior Engineer / Architect, you will be responsible for architecting various solutions and performing proof of concepts, improving user experience, and enhancing client's adoption of HashiCorp Vault. You will need to have a strong client focus in the role and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:Develop solutions & perform POC to automate the provisioning of various workloads to HashiCorp Vault.Develop, deploy, and enhance client adoption of HashiCorp Vault.Work within a complex PAM environment.Utilize cyber security system monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, AppDynamic, Splunk, CloudWatch.Proficient in scripting languages – Python, Bash.Experience with continuous integration tools like Bamboo, Jenkins.Understand concepts and technologies used in software development, operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.Design high-integrity systems with security in mind.This role will be shortlisted after Christmas and is looking to start in Jan / Feb.
