They're now seeking an experienced PM to join their team to deliver a $30m+ mixed use development.
The Role
Project planning and delivery of a 2 stage, $30m+ Mixed-Use Development Develop and manage a well-resourced project team Management of Head Contract claims, extensions, variations Construction Methodology Take ownership of the project from the outset and oversee until completion Drive the programme and achieve or exceed project deadlines Programming Cost reports and budget forecasting Work closely with the site team to identify and overcome potential delays and issues on site Build a collaborative, high-performing environment for all project stakeholders The Person
5+ years' experience as a PM on building projects $20m-$40m+ for Head Contractors in the T1-T3 arena Service station experience desired, not essential Dynamic and outcomes-focused Strong with systems and have well-developed processes Excellent contract knowledge and management of head contract claims, variations, EOT etc Proven track record of managing projects and teams from initial design and project setup through to a successful completion Strong building knowledge, up-to-date with the latest construction methodology and well-developed problem-solving skills Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage a high workload and maintain accuracy and proficiency The Package
Immediate interview & start/Jan 2025 $190,000 - $240,000 salary package Flexible working arrangements – flex start/finish times to suit lifestyle.
