The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Harvey, WA.
This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our People and Culture initiatives, ensuring consistent HR practices and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the People and Culture Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
As a valued member of our HR team, you'll be empowered to influence change, drive continuous improvement, and support our employees across a diverse range of HR functions.

The Role
Act as the main HR contact, supporting managers and employees across all departments with HR guidance, training, and policy implementation.
Maintain and manage HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Oversee training programs, track compliance, and document employee development initiatives.
Support the performance review process, employee recognition programs, and other key People and Culture activities.
Handle employee inquiries and assist in managing disciplinary meetings, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Maintain current knowledge of HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to continually enhance HR support.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years' experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-industry setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian employment laws, along with proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect across all levels, combined with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Adaptability and a hands-on approach, capable of adjusting HR practices to support a range of operational contexts.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
