This opportunity offers the chance to work with one of Western Australia's most iconic brands, supporting our operations that span from the Kimberley in the north to Albany in the south while partnering with over 1,400 small businesses to deliver WA's finest produce to customers across Australia and the globe.The Role:As a Health and Safety Business Partner, you will be critical in enhancing our safety culture across our Agribusiness operations. Reporting to the Agribusiness Chief Operating Officer, you will:Implement and monitor health and safety policies, inductions, and programs tailored to our agricultural operations.Provide employees and managers expert advice on WHS compliance and best practices.Assist with site safety audits, complete risk assessments, and ICAM incident investigations.Facilitate safety training sessions to build a safety-first culture.Update and manage H&S management plans and risk registers.Prepare and deliver comprehensive safety performance and compliance reports.Collaborate with site teams to address hazards, implement control measures, and ensure alignment with legislation.Assist with the implementation of toolbox talks.Contribute to a positive team dynamic and work effectively in a collaborative setting.This dynamic role requires a mix of remote work and on-the-ground collaboration, as well as travel to diverse locations across WA.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on WHS legislation and compliance.Conduct and support incident investigations using ICAM methodology.Review and maintain H&S management plans and risk registers.Lead and participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and pre-start meetings.About You:Relevant tertiary qualification or certification in Health and Safety or Environmental Management.At least 3 years' experience in a similar SHEQ role, ideally within industrial or agribusiness sectors.Proven expertise in hazard and risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and WHS legislation.Strong investigation skills, with ICAM Lead Investigator accreditation (not essential but highly regarded).Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence change.Current Class C Driver's License and willingness to travel across WA.Join us in shaping the future of workplace safety at Harvest Road Group.Please follow the 'Apply' button to submit your application to join one of Western Australia's largest agri-food businesses.
