In this position you will work on and develop your skill among other trained professionals who want to see you succeed within the Horticulture industry.The Picking Leading Hand is an entry level leadership role, responsible for assisting the Picking Supervisor with the day-to-day running of the Glasshouse, as well as management and implementation of the picking strategies in order to achieve budgeted production levels.
