What you will be doing
As a Harvest Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Harvest Supervisor to help train, develop, and support the team.
Undertake picking tasks Train new team members in picking tasks, including machinery use Driving picking trollies Support the Harvest Supervisor in preparing daily work orders and daily picking estimations (kg predicted to be picked) Assist in stock control management What you will bring to the role
