Role Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Development Manager will oversee client acquisition and business growth across Australia. This role involves building, nurturing, and maintaining genuine long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, while driving national sales strategies to expand the company's presence across various states and industries. The Business Development Manager will also focus on increasing revenue, collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, and representing Data Sagacity at industry events, conferences, and meetings nationwide.
About the Person
As the Business Development Manager, you will bring a proven track record in business development within the ICT, data, or consultancy sectors, with a history of successfully achieving targets and driving business growth. You will possess expertise in end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management. A resilient, confident, and adaptable professional, you will excel in networking, communication, and building strong interpersonal relationships. Your ability to solve problems and maintain a customer-focused approach will be key to your success in this role.

Degree and/or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business administration Proven experience in ICT, data, and consultancy sales processes Track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth Expertise in full-cycle sales: lead generation, client acquisition, account management Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills Confident, resilient, and adaptable with a can-do attitude Strong problem-solver, focused on delivering client-first solutions Your application will include the following questions:
