Join our team as a Hardware Support Technician, where your primary responsibilities will revolve around repairing and supporting point of sale hardware and warehouse mobile computers across the Bunnings store network. About the role Support stores across Australia, conduct physical repairs on devices, troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware faults and manage vendor warranty processes.
You will provide remote assistance on escalations and perform root cause analysis on identified problems, managing the replacement of devices to the stores.

What's involved: Ensure the effective resolution of assigned tickets through our ticketing system (ServiceNow).Provide advice to team members, troubleshooting, and support for queries related to register peripherals, telephony, label printers, and mobile computers.Participate in project work, such as replacement programs and refresh technology rollouts.Manage administrative tasks, including ordering hardware, ensuring compliance with purchasing processes, license compliance, adherence to security policies, updating asset registers, and maintaining stock levels.Who we're looking for You'll have a passion for technology and problem-solving, with a deep interest in hardware repairs. You will be excellent at providing efficient and effective support services ensuring great customer service is maintained.
You will be solutions focused, with a customer-first approach and will enjoy supporting the team in resolving issues.
You'll need: Ideally some experience working with technology hardware (Level 1-Level 2 support experience would be highly regarded).Hands-on experience with technical repairs, experience working with POS devices, printers, scanners, or Zebra mobile devices would be highly regarded.A collaborative and enthusiastic team-oriented approach to providing team member support.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Tenacity to pursue and resolve ongoing issues.Natural desire to keep up to date with developments in technology.Formal IT qualification or relevant experience desired.We're here to support you.
