Join Cartology at exciting times of major expansion and growthDeliver the future of retail media solution platformsAttractive package and flexible working environmentWhat you'll do As a Hardware Engineering Lead, your main responsibility is to manage, develop, and optimize the onsite and remote support of Hardware across the network.
This role will be required to work closely with the internal and external support team to ensure the onsite installation and support of the Hardware is seamless.
This also includes being accountable for the support processes of the hardware through repair and maintenance of a large digital screens network.
Your role includes cultivating relationships with various stakeholders and internal teams, overseeing service delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and advocating for improvements to optimize user experience and satisfaction.
Strong Experience with hardware selection, installation and support of Digital Screens.Be a key stakeholder in the Infrastructure design and Implementation of digital screen networks, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Build and nurture relationships with Internal and external teams and departments, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.Oversee Hardware support operations with a keen emphasis on preserving the highest standards of service quality.
Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) by both internal teams and vendors, facilitating consistent and top-tier service delivery.Establish, monitor, and improve Hardware support systems and processes to maintain high-quality service levels.
Identify opportunities for automation to enhance service delivery efficiency.Support Hardware technical incident triage process, troubleshooting, and resolution processes to minimize service disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.What you'll bring To be successful in the role, you need to demonstrate:
Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Subject Matter Expert in Hardware Deployments and Support ideally within in Digital Display field.Strong Experience with basic troubleshooting hardware faults and understanding of hardware components.Strong Hardware technology support skills across a Retail environment and ability to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.Familiarity with content management systems for digital signage.Be able to travel onsite across the Hardware network in Australia and New Zealand.Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, like ITIL, deployment support, incident management and problem-solving, preferably within an ITSM tool.Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.Practical experience in managing vendor relationships and service level agreements.What you'll experience A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline - with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.The opportunity to Salary Sacrifice, enabling team members to purchase selected eligible items or services from pre-tax salary.
