As a Hardship and Collections Consultant you will be responsible for handling calls (Inbound and Outbound) from our customers across different product portfolios to assist with recovering overdue balances from accounts.
You will ensure a fair, timely and relevant outcomes are achieved for our customers to bring them back to financial health.
As a Hardship and Collections Consultant you will be a key member of the Customer Assist Team within Customer Solutions and your role is paramount to helping contribute the delivery of Westpac's vision and priorities.

What do I need?
Prior experience in a collections/customer service environment.
Great communication skills, both verbal and written  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills  Motivation and a genuine interest to delivery outstanding service to your customers  Eagerness to learn and willingness to be a part of a supportive and collaborative team What's it like to work there?
