Your new role
As a Customer Service Consultant/Hardships & Collections Consultant, you will be providing exceptional customer service on all matters relating to financial hardship. With multiple, full-time temporary positions available, all candidates MUST have the flexibility and availability to work a rotating roster, Monday through to Saturday anywhere from 8am – 8pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with customers who are in financial hardship and providing solutions. Managing customer enquiries with urgency while displaying empathy and resilience. Demonstrating professionalism and positivity to connect with your customers and ensure you are having meaningful conversations. Helping your customer through life to achieve their ambition back to financial health so they are confident and secure about their future. Exercising a variety of methods such as negotiation and questioning skills, providing Hardship where appropriate. What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking candidates who uphold the highest level of resilience, while having the ability to empathise with their customers. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a customer service/contact centre role. Strong experience handling difficult calls or customers. High levels of empathy and resilience. A passion for putting your customers first. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Previous Collections experience will be highly regarded.
