As a Handyperson, reporting to the Property Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a large team within our Property Operations that are responsible for maintaining all aspects of our Sydney property.
A few of your responsibilities: General maintenance, repair work and cleaning duties for furniture, fittings and equipmentPreventative assessments and maintenance on gaming and other equipmentMaintaining the cleanliness of plant rooms and other Facilities Department spacesAssist the Maintenance Technician's in their daily duties as requiredWhat are we looking for: Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays as required)Previous experience in a technical, industrial building or construction environment as a trade assistantEffective communication skills & strong passion for team driveKnowledge of building services & ability to work unsupervised.About you: To excel in this position, you should possess a diverse skill set, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently as you collaborate with our dedicated team of professionals.
