Handyperson / Painter

Job Description Key Responsibilities: General maintenance including painting of guest rooms and back of house areas;  responding to a range of guest requests as a first priority;  investigating and actioning jobs assigned to you in a timely manner;  completing tasks as part of the preventative maintenance program;  encouraging the effective use of energy and water resources.
Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: superior problem solving skills;  a flexible work attitude;  excellent customer service skills;   a strong desire to work in a service focused environment with a pro-active approach; strong communication skills (verbal, written, and computer); knowledge of Work Health and Safety regulations; self-motivated approach and interest to developing yourself through courses.
