The Role You will be responsible for the general maintenance of rooms and public areas across our three properties The Ville Resort-Casino, Ardo and Townsville Entertainment Convention Centre.
About You Possess excellent property maintenance skills and competence in a variety of general trade duties.
Whilst trade qualifications are not a mandatory requirement you will need to have strong experience in property maintenance.
Commitment to safe working practices while carrying out the upkeep of hotel rooms and common areas of the property.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to uphold positive working relationships with fellow colleagues and external contractors.
Well-groomed, self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Follow work instructions demonstrating effective time management and organisational skills.
Be physically fit for this active role, have a high attention to detail, including strong problem-solving abilities.
Applicant must be available to work weekends and public holidays based on a rotating roster.
