Job Description We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's maintenance including preventative, predictive and reactive works.
In this role you will help to maintain the building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings, using safe working practices, protecting the asset and ensuring it remains a functional, pleasant and safe environment for all customers both internal / external.
Qualifications Previous experience working on the maintenance of hotels, fixed plant and equipment systems.Relevant license certificationTrade qualification within the construction industry preferable.Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.Good written and verbal communication skills.Used to working as part of a small team.Self motivated person who takes a proactive approach to work and is punctual and reliable.Ability to accommodate flexibility with shifts.
