About the role Our client is looking for an experienced Handy or Maintenance Person who can handle hand and power tools, apply themselves to various building and construction tasks with a general knowledge of the industry.
This role will be working on Commercial sites.
Skills & experience in the following areas are preferable; Proven experience and understanding of Commercial sites carpentry general handyman understanding general mechanics of all facets of maintenance including plumbing electrical and tiling - caulking general patch and paint plaster- (ready for paint) ability to sheet small walls with plaster ability to diagnose issues Requirements: Valid SA Drivers Licence Hold a current Working with Children's check or willing to apply for one Hold a current Police check or willing to apply for one Culture A hard-working and dedicated team and a role that offers independence and growth opportunities.
