About the role:We're seeking leaders keen on building relationships and assisting with various household tasks. The role involves physical work, strong relations, and a proactive attitude. You'll handle numerous small jobs for local homeowners, teaching and training new recruits, and assisting the manager in the field with difficult or complex jobs.
What success in this role looks like:Success is being service-oriented, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring customer needs are met. Ideal candidates are team players who communicate effectively, ensuring the team is aware of follow-up steps, challenges, and other critical issues. Role Responsibilities: Wear proper attire to every jobMaintain clean and professional imagePut 5 door-hangers out after every jobCore Responsibilities: Demonstrate growth mindset on every jobTeaching and developing skills of new localsFollow work orders accurately and diligently for every jobCollaborate with other team members to tackle challenges that may ariseEngage with customers and team members in a friendly and reliable mannerLoad and unload tools and equipment from work vehiclesAccurately log hours using a time tracking app in a timely mannerKeep track of any jobsite expenses and report them in a timely mannerProviding personal transportation to and from worksitesArriving to every job on timePreferred Skills and Qualifications: HS Diploma or GEDFriendly with good interpersonal skillsAbility to perform manual labor for extended periodsGrowth MindsetRequired: Valid driver's licenseVehicle for transportationGeneral construction, painting and moving knowledgeWorking Hours: Full Time / Part Time, year roundFlexible, Monday-SaturdayMaintain 20-hours (min.) availabilityCompensation & Perks: $20 starting - can grow to $35/hourPaid travel timeMileage reimbursementsOpportunities for growth into higher paid rolesThis position will require a background check upon hire.
