Kingfisher Recruitment is partnering with a leading maintenance business to provide critical handyman services to a multipurpose city fringe site.
Required experience across facilities maintenance including minor property repairs and works such as basic painting, plastering, carpentry, etc.

Responsibilities:Perform general maintenance and repairs on multipurpose properties.Troubleshoot and fix various issues, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.Requirements:Well Organized.Can work in a team and independently.Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.Strong skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Customer-focused with good communication skills.White card, trade certificate.What We Offer:Competitive rates based on experience.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A positive and collaborative work environment.Must have full Australian working rights to be considered.
