Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including general handyman duties.Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures.Respond promptly to repair requests and ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of performed repairs, supplies used, and time spent on each task.Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate larger projects or specialized repairs.Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.Requirements:
Experience as a Handyman.Knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks.Proficient in using hand and power tools related to general repairs.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Some Possible Benefits:
