This role is the "TA DAA" moment, a chance to wow the customer and leave them with a great final impression.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Provide status updates on vehicles and advise of any changes that may affect delivery dates.
Provide an exceptional experience that must continuously exceed customer expectations and conduct a flawless delivery.
Coordinate meeting times with customers and go over the functionality of their newly purchased vehicle.
Coordinate vehicle registration at least 24 hours before delivery.
Complete sales checklist and complete all related paperwork as per manufacturing and dealership standards.
Understand in full the operational requirements of every model and brand.
Manage all issues regarding vehicle preparation and create strategies to ensure constant improvements are in place.
About you!
You will be mature-minded and will set a positive example for your team in every way!
Experience in customer-facing roles will be highly regarded.
You will have an understanding of vehicles and/or be willing to learn.
You will be immaculately presented and have great communication skills.
You have the confidence and credibility to liaise with management, staff, and a discerning customer base.
You will have a current driver's licence.
