Reporting to the General Manager Human Resources, the HR Business Partner is responsible for closely working with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals. You will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support on various HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, and strategy execution. The HRBP is a crucial link between the HR department and the business units, ensuring that HR practices are integrated seamlessly into daily operations.

Learning and Development Employee Relations/Industrial Relations Recruitment Performance Management HR projects and other responsibilities as required. To thrive in this role, you will ideally have: Contemporary and relevant experience in a similar role. Proven ability in working in teams and managing quality work outcomes within strict time constraints. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A positive outlook and skills to establish and maintain good relationships. Ability to think innovatively and implement programs within budgets. A process-driven style, with attention to detail and focus on outcomes. Experience with HRIS, ideally ELMO. An affinity for technology and project management experience.
