Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to nurture and expand their client relationships while driving revenue growth. This role will focus on managing and growing existing accounts, leveraging expertise in Networks, Network Security & Wireless.
You will be joining an organization that specializes in the construction and management of IT networking infrastructure, with particular expertise in cybersecurity, wireless networking (WiFi), and core networking systems. As a systems integrator, they design tailored systems and leverage leading technology and expertise to implement and maintain them. Key Responsibilities: Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Understand client needs and pain points to propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client needs. Actively participate in account planning and strategizing to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Proven track record in an Account Management role within the technology sector, with a focus on Networks, Network Security & Wireless. Professional or Managed Services Experience Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive revenue growth. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
