Influx seeks to hire an experienced Data Analyst to join our team.
This role will help provide meaningful insights and information to the Growth Marketing team to make better-informed decisions.
This could be decisions about any aspect of Influx business, from lead-funnel optimizations, campaign updates to website improvement, which can help create a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Description
You will be responsible for gathering, reviewing, and interpreting data from various sources, using data analysis tools.
Supporting the Growth Marketing team, the successful candidate will also be responsible for creating processes, setting up infrastructures, and supporting ongoing data analytics needs.

This role reports to the Head of Growth Marketing based in Melbourne (Australia).

Key Responsibilities
Collecting, interpreting, organizing data into usable formats.
Analyzing data to find answers to specific questions.
Assessing quality, cleaning up, and sourcing missing data.
Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns.
Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business.
Working alongside teams within the business to establish business needs.
Defining new data collection and analysis processes.
Identifying data sources, setting up data infrastructure, and maintaining databases.
What We're Looking for
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with at least 2 years of experience Strong mathematical & numeracy skills.
Excellent analytical skills - the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
Ability to write comprehensive reports from Excel Strong attention to detail.
Presentation skills – ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
Problem-solving skills and communication skills with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
Bonus Points
Understanding of reporting & data visualization tools such as Google Studio.
Understanding of website scripts such as XML and Javascript.
Intermediate understanding of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or SAP.
Digital marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics and Adobe Marketing Suite.
