You will play a vital role in the community, offering your styling expertise to over 800 residents, not counting guests.
The salon is designed for a 1–2-person operation, making it ideal for a focused, personalized service experience.
The successful candidate will: Hold at least five years of post-apprenticeship hairdressing experience, showcasing proficiency in both male and female cutting and styling.
Be willing to relocate to Ayers Rock Resort, committing for a minimum of six months.
Have experience managing their own business and possess an Australian Business Number (ABN).

Additional Responsibilities: Booking System: You will need to set up a booking page for residents.

Grooming Policy: Services must adhere to the employee grooming policy, which prohibits vibrant colours such as pink, red, green, or blue.
Stock: You will be responsible for purchasing your own products (current stock will be transferred to you) and will receive the profits from the sales.
