Duties and Responsibilities

Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, colouring, and styling
Professional knowledge and experience in specialised scalp treatment and fixing damaged hair
Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
Consult with clients to meet their needs and wants
Stay current with hair cutting and styling trends
Maintain adequate inventory of hair products and tools
Ensure timely service for clients with scheduled appointments
Collect payments for salon services performed
Provide training and mentoring as a salon manager/senior hairdresser

About You

SHB30416 Certificate III in Hairdressing
10+ years of professional work experience
Own portfolio with pictures and feedback
Positive, open-minded, and can-do attitude
Attention to detail and professionalism
Proficiency in a wide range of hair cutting and styling techniques
Able to demonstrate skills during the interview
Expertise in hair colouring or perming
Excellent communication and customer service skills
