About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Hairdresser Assistant Manager to join our team in Tuggerah, NSW. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hairdresser to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our thriving salon. What you'll be doing Providing high-quality hairdressing services to our valued clients, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments, 3 days a week. Managing and not running a column 2 days while the manager is off.Assisting the Salon Manager with daily operations and overseeing the work of junior stylists.Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional work environment.Promoting and selling salon products and services to customers.Actively participating in team meetings and training to continually improve skills and knowledge.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.What we're looking for At least 2 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser.Strong hairdressing skills and an eye for detail.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach.Familiarity with salon operations and procedures.What we offerAt Private Advertiser, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
