Position: Hair Stylist Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time Schedule: Flexible options include working either one weekend day each week or alternating full weekends (Saturday and Sunday), on one week and off the next. Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their styling needs. Deliver a full range of hair services: cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Manage client bookings and appointments with efficiency. Recommend and sell hair care products tailored to client needs. Stay informed on industry trends and techniques. Engage in continuous professional development. Build strong client relationships through exceptional service. Assist with front desk duties as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in hairdressing, customer service, and upselling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent. Compensation: Competitive salary with a generous base pay with excellent commission and tips paid in addition to this. Average earnings for our hairdressers range from £35,000 to £45,000 annually.
