With our modern showroom, warehouse, and education space, we take pride in delivering 5-star service to our customers & salons, providing them with the most up-to-date professional products and education.
Responsibilities: Your role will encompass a wide range of duties, including:
Providing administrative support to both fellow team members and customers.Handling reception duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and responding to online & in-store client inquiries.Maintaining cleanliness and organization of showroom & warehouse.Assisting with the unpacking of incoming stock.Processing, picking, and packing in-store and online orders.Marketing to expand customer base.Coordinating education/training bookings.You will have the following: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
