Bring your commercial mindset and creativity to help the team deliver together an inspiring, relevant, and convenient shopping experience.
QualificationsCustomer centric mindset.Experience analysing commercial reports and formulating plans to maximize sales.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business.Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship building skills.The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team.Up to date with current fashion trends and styling techniques to anticipate our customers' needs.Previous experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development or creating a great customer experience through visual merchandising.Must have full working rights for Australia.Additional InformationBenefits We offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe.
