Casual positionSalary $37.18 per hour, includes casual loadingThis position requires a positive, energetic, vibrant attitude and a willingness to learn and continuously improve. You will have experience in coaching children's gymnastics classes; either beginner or advanced levels. You will communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and management.
You will have exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to exceed member expectations, with the ability to work autonomously on the gym floor, as well as part of a team to ensure an efficient flow through the gymnastics hall each night. You will be required to take on shift hours which may include some or all of the following: mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and/or weekends.
Key Selection CriteriaDemonstrated experience to work as part of a team.Demonstrated experience instructing a class of participants.Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interactions with children.Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.Current Level Two First Aid certificate.Current CPR Certificate.Minimum Current Intermediate GA or Advanced Coaching Qualification if teaching saultos.Current National Police Check.Current Working with Children Check.ApplyTo apply for this position, please submit your application including a cover letter, current resume, and answer screening questions based on the key selection criteria.
