As the manager, you'll keep our gym (Fit Collective) running smoothly and ensure everything is working well and that all our guests/members are safe and comfortable. You'll maximize financial returns, drive the development of people in your team, create and maintain a unique guest/member experience, execute brand standards, and build awareness of the gym and brand in the local community.YOUR DAY TO DAYReporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the face of "Fit Collective" (gym).Implement and run a range of classes for guests/members.Establish a plan for regular communication with members across different mediums.Build a sense of community in the gym.Review guest/member feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.Communicate to appropriate hotel departments all pertinent information requirements and special needs for arriving VIPs, large groups, and other key guests/members.Lead marketing efforts with Sales and Marketing.Maintain the presentation of the Gym and its equipment.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUBachelor's degree / higher education qualification / Certificate III in Fitness for teaching classes.3 years' customer service experience with at least two years in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Valid First Aid certificate.Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the gym.Be the point of call and liaison with suppliers for the gym.Achieve member retention targets as agreed with Executive Assistant Manager and General Manager.Make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets.Foster positive owner relationships if applicable and assist in providing ongoing information and status reports.We give our people everything they need to succeed.
