Position: Gym Assistant
Location: Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia
Hours: Casual, 10-20 Hours per fortnight (with potential for permanent part-time)

Responsibilities: Assist Members: Provide outstanding customer service, assist current members with their fitness routines, and ensure they have a positive experience. Gym Instructor Role: Conduct small group training sessions, helping clients reach their fitness goals. Maintenance: Keep the gym clean and organised to create a safe and inviting environment. Promotions: Support membership growth through promotions and referrals.
Be involved in Community and Sponsorship events. Requirements: Qualifications: Hold a Certificate III and IV in Fitness.
Must have current First Aid and Blue Card or willing to obtain. Positive Attitude: Be friendly, approachable, and dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere. Team Player: Collaborate with other staff to achieve common goals. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to connect with members and promote gym services. Flexibility: Be open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
