Assist with budgets, financial reports, and forecasts. Renew policies, subscriptions, and supplier agreements to optimise efficiency. Human Resources and Staff Management Drive performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development. Ensure employee records, leave schedules, and compliance with policies are maintained. Promote a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability. Marketing and Business Development Manage marketing initiatives, including website updates, newsletters, blogs, and social media. Support business development projects and identify opportunities for growth. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure the firm meets all statutory and professional requirements. Monitor risk in operational activities and recommend improvements. Manage CPD requirements for fee earners. About You: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably within legal, accounting, or professional services. Strong understanding of industry processes and financial management.
