As a Stock Controller, you'll play a crucial role in managing our vehicle inventory to ensure smooth operations and support our sales team. You'll oversee the entire process, from vehicle ordering and delivery to maintaining accurate stock records.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of all new and pre-owned vehicle stock.Vehicle Ordering: Coordinate with manufacturers to place and track orders.Compliance: Ensure all stock movements are accurately documented and comply with company policies.Preparation: Coordinate vehicle inspections, detailing, and readiness for sale or delivery.Reporting: Generate and analyze inventory reports for management.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to meet customer expectations.About YouStrong organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in stock or inventory management (automotive industry experience is highly regarded).Proficiency in computer systems, including management software (experience with Revolution/TUNE is a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.At Peninsula Toyota, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and a premium automotive experience to our customers.
