Gumala Investments - Social Investment and Housing ManagerShared Parking4 weeks annual leave + 2 weeks additional leaveSalary PackagingDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Social Investments• Develop and implement an annual grants funding program focused on leveraging funding for housing and social investments; including submitting high quality grant and funding applications.
Tenancy Management• Manage tenancies in accordance with the provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act.• Maintain and provide statistics for key performance indicators.
Property Care and Maintenance• Conduct quarterly property inspections to ensure property standards are maintained and maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
To be considered for this position, it is essential to have:• Demonstrated experience working in challenging circumstances to solve problems.• High level customer service skills, demonstrated experience communicating to internal and external stakeholders.• Minimum of 2 years experience managing grant and funding programs.• Understanding of social impact measurement frameworks including program logic.• Exceptional time management skills including the ability to track a wide variety of tasks.• Demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal people and show respect for culture.• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.• Minimum of 2 years experience with asset management especially related to maintenance.• Minimum of 2 years experience managing team members, and supporting their skills and development.• Experience managing a housing program, with ability to deliver training to the team.
