Gumala Investments - Social Investment and Housing ManagerShared Parking4 weeks annual leave + 2 weeks additional leaveSalary PackagingDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Social Investments
• Develop and implement an annual grants funding program focused on leveraging funding for housing and social investments; including submitting high quality grant and funding applications.
Tenancy Management
• Manage tenancies in accordance with the provisions of the Residential Tenancies Act.
• Maintain and provide statistics for key performance indicators.
Property Care and Maintenance
• Conduct quarterly property inspections to ensure property standards are maintained and maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
To be considered for this position, it is essential to have:
• Demonstrated experience working in challenging circumstances to solve problems.
• High level customer service skills, demonstrated experience communicating to internal and external stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing grant and funding programs.
• Understanding of social impact measurement frameworks including program logic.
• Exceptional time management skills including the ability to track a wide variety of tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal people and show respect for culture.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with asset management especially related to maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing team members, and supporting their skills and development.
• Experience managing a housing program, with ability to deliver training to the team.
